Sazon On Wheels started as a dream between two friends who believed the best meals happen when you least expect them — at a corner, at sunset, with music playing and the smell of charred meat in the air.
Our kitchen runs on a custom-built truck that parks wherever Brooklyn needs flavor. We pull from the traditions of Puerto Rico, the Dominican Republic, and Colombia — recipes passed down through generations, cooked with fire, and served with pride. No fine dining pretense. Just real food, real people, real sazón.
